Great video and explanation that included both the how and the why of each exercise. I will try these and the progressions. I firmly believe that exercises should be compound and functional and you delivered both of these. I wish you well.

@@BodyRejuvenation I have two children in wrestling. July 9 and 10 we have a father son wrestling camp. I am preping for the camp. I am playing around with the idea of beach wrestling for myself.
