When I can. I have bad arthritis in my elbow and can't straighten my arm from lyme disease so they can be hard on my joints... If I didn't have arthritis, I would definitely train weekly.
I really do get a lot out of this channel. However, anytime I see someone benching with a giant bounce off of their chest I am immediately turned off, and begin to doubt the credibility of the advice that I am receiving. If there is a purpose for allowing a bouncing bench press, then please enlighten me.
We train max acceleration and moving weight as fast as possible because we use it for athlete training and it transfers better to discus than a normal pause powerlifting bench press
These exercises, what category do they fall under, Strength-Speed, Peak Power or Speed-Strength? Btw love the content, really informative for an athlete trying to study their craft like myself🔥💪🏾

REALLY BAD ADVICE and actively hurts discourages athletes from weight training. Check out this video where we discuss this topic 👉 ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-r6IAw3b3FhQ.html
Just that you can do more weight likely and increased power output with behind neck jerk. It also is easier for athletes who have poor shoulder mobility which you need for the front rack.
Dude I absolutely love your channel, I’ve been searching for content to help me improve my athleticism and im so glad I discovered your videos. I’m 32 years old now and my prime years (20s) where I had the most speed and hops are over. I have bulging disc now and all kinds of tightness and when I jump off the ground with both legs it triggers some pain in my lower back but i’m working to fix that as much as possible. This year I strained my supraspinatus tendon so had some months off to reflect on my priorities which are now going to be mobility and improving my form for all my lifts. So many things I want to implement in my routine to become a better athlete and your content is exactly what I need to get better! I’m sure you will be above 200k followers in no time! Thanks man!!
Technique is something that differs from person to person. No one can tell you to practice a throw or a movement just because it works for them. Personally I would suggest for you to discover your style by watching matches from elite athletes that reflect your style and most important wrestle in training trying all kinds of moves and throws to understand what better suits you. And offcourse your coach can show you anything you want to learn about.
