Nice to see Dimmu Borgir on your list. I think this album si great, even I was very sceptical after first single "Interdimensional Summit". Amount of hate and negativty about this album is not deserved in my oppinion. It seems like a weird trend to hate this band. Whatever they made, it's "wrong". Fav. tracks - Council of wolves and snakes, Unveiling, Ætheric, Lightbringer, Rite of Passage. And I love the artwork!
The Swedish lyrics are even better than the English ones, Vanhelgd are awesome, album of the year for me. I think you talked about Soft Kill earlier (never heard them before), and that record is very good, it reminds me a little of Echo and the Bunnymen. Looking forward to 21-30!
Been watching your vids here and there. I like! we seem to be on the same level and agree 100% it's all opinions but if your showing something interesting that should be more than enough for people. Personally find it really hard to say what bands are best and what albums are best because there is just to much especially if your an old fart metal head like my self. Love much of the old stuff and completely embrace the new stuff so much is absolutely INSANE it's rough when I go on the hunt for new Vinyl / CDs. I've really been into Rings Of Saturn, Cattle Decapitation, Ingested & Archspire lately and can't stop listening to the old Amorphis Tales From A Thousand Lakes & Death's Spiritual Healing such a missed album and it is such a strong release from Death. . That Antichrist - Pax Moriendi is entering my collection soon thanks for opening my eyes to it. Love the Obit hat! I am a die hard Obituary fan I remember getting/listening Slowly We Rot when it 1st came out I was so blown away they hold a very dear spot in my metal collection. I'm from Tampa FL and remember the Death Metal days and concerts here between 1990-1994 best times. Except getting booted from a Deicide show:-( That hurt. In 1990 local station 98 ROCK started the PIT which aired from midnight to 2Am it was the best place to hear the latest bands for "2 hours eventually added an extra hour making it 3 OVER THE AIR NO-LESS!" anything metal mostly underground at time. It's where I heard Sacrificial Suicide for the 1st time. Since I lived in the Tampa Bay area Glenn Benton lived right down the road from us in Hudson I never had the balls to knock and bother the man with the inverted cross in his head,
I really like watching your vid, dude. There will always be something cool. Today I would like to recommend you get to know the record from guys from my area OUTRE - "Hollow Earth". If you have not heard yet, check out this stuff, I hope you like it. Cheers, bro\,,/
