I passed! And I did it, because I heard your voice through the whole thing! Thank you for everything you’ve done to help, even if you don’t know you’ve done it!
Great video...I would like to ask you, should I have a license before applying to a broker? I have passes my 72 hour class in March and passed my state exam in April. I did not send in for my license yet. Could that be why I can't get an interview. Do I need the license "in hand" first? Or maybe it is just hard for new people to get the job. I really thought I might be "in demand" so to speak.
You do need a license and it’s not really a job interview you will be an independent contractor, once you’re licensed you look for a broker to hang you license.
You can be looking into various brokerages to decide which one you're going to choose. and get your paperwork sent in to get that license pretty fast. I talked with a couple of brokers before I got licensed to compare their training and then as soon as I got my license I had a plan in place.
