INGREDIENTS:
Scallion Oil Paste
(makes enough for four servings)
1/3 cup Shallots, roughly chopped
1/3 cup Garlic clove
1/3 cup Green onions, white parts roughly chopped
Peanut oil
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup Shio Kombu (to taste, salt level on shio kombu varies)
1 sheet nori, toasted
To assemble Noodles
4-6 Tbs of Scallion oil paste
1 Tbs Dark soy sauce
1 Tbs light soy sauce
2-4 Tbs leftover noodle water
