It’s nice for anyone with a 2018 iPad Pro that basically any version of IPad OS in the future that is compatible with the 2020 Pro will be compatible with the 2018 versions as well, it means these Pros might be the longest lasting iPads ever made...

I feel like the best feature of the 2020 iPad Pro is the Ultra-Wide Lens. It really helps in photography. I also like the bigger screen. I have an just an iPad, and an iPhone. I’m not sure which iPhone I have, though. Your videos really help me! Thank you for making these videos. Im earning money to buy a 2020 iPad Pro. Although due to the COVID-19 outbreak I am unable to sell items to my neighbors. Have an amazing day/evening/night.

I have the 2018 iPad Pro 12.9 - favorite new feature? -> 6GB of RAM, but I will not buy the new version for that. Still happy with the 2018 version. I don‘t know if I will be able to leave the new keyboard in the store, though.

The iPad Pro is hands down, the best all-around tech device of all time. I purchased my first PC (an Apple //c) back in 1985 and spent a career supporting tech devices (mostly Windows) and writing computer applications (COBOL / PL/1 & MS Access) and nothing impresses me more than this device. I still own a Windows laptop, 2015 MacBook, Chromebook and iPad Pro. I’ve used all of them exclusively for at least a year each (Windows for decades) and I really don’t think anything comes close to the iPad Pro for an all-around fun to utility to purchase price ratio. Take it from experience.

Thanks for the review it was helpful. I have been using my iPhone for work a lot more on the move and quick updates with younger bosses. I’m the best at what i do with my hands but a little slow with updates to bosses if it’s not documented it didn’t happen they say. My old retiring bosses trusted but verified. The new ones want it to be all at once. my son’s pro has the paper texture screen saver, i love it. Thanks again!

Thanks, Andrew. You spoke a lot about the new Measure app, but you never confirmed whether the LIDAR actually made it accurate. I have found with the app on my iPhone 11 Pro, that the measurements are often drastically incorrect. Did you take a real measuring tape and compare the items you measured to what the app was telling you? Thanks and keep up the great work!

Iphone 11 Pro doesn't have an LiDAR sensor, the ipad pro 2020 does. LiDAR senses light at a photon level and calculates positions by how long it takes light to reflect back to the ipad, which is the reason why ipad pro 2020 has such a good AR potential.

Thunderbolt as far as I understand is for X86 Processors and Not ARM processors

I’m looking forward to the day when a keyboard app can be used using a LiDAR scanner. Imagine typing on your table. You wouldn’t have to buy a wireless keyboard anymore. To push this LiDAR technology, also using your table as a track pad.

I have a question, I ordered the 2 iPad Pro 2020 sizes, I love the 11 inches as it's more friendly to me being on the go, but do you realize the 11 inch is a little yellower than the 12.9 (With True Tone off, Auto Brightness off, Same color temperature and no reduce white points) honestly the 11 has a yellow tint I don't know if anyone else noticed that!

Lidar is the only good feature yet they don't have any proper software to get full benefit of it. it works like prehistoric computers. the hardware is enough to run desktop linux and support most of desktop applications or even games, yet there is nothing but mobile phone apps. that's sad, that's wrong.

Any upgrade is a big step for IPAD PRO. Apple can be excused not using the A13 chip given this COVID epidemic era. That 6gb RAM, wide angle camera, LIDAR, and WIFI 6 is justifies getting this upgraded version.

I don't think you heard what he said properly. He said 24FPS for that more cinematic look (like you see in movies etc). And that you could go into the settings to then change it to 24FPS if that is what you wanted. Because some people enjoy that cinematic look.
