I agree with what u say, because of personal bad experiences I react a little too sensible and believe that young people might not understand that it's humor and imitate him, it's callered learning by model. However u are right, that shouldn't be a reason to limit humor especially if there is no bad intention.

Since he is an super fan of Italy i am almost 100% certain the reason he mentioned cleanliness od the anus is because Italians in particular have bidet to clean your ass and other parts of your lower body, the fact that you went into this great length to theorize on this is hilarious though.
