Absolutely agree, I have a strong feeling tht these butter began being added to the northern indian foods after colonisation. Its so sad to see people gulping down so much unhealthy foods in the northern india. South india seem to have been able to retain most of their original recipes, which are still healthy.

High carb diet is still relevant tdy as being active is still relevant tdy, unless we have found a way to be lazy and healthy lol. Protein is sufficient, can't see why it isn't. @Pranick As of tdy yes most research comes from the west, but in india they knew wht was right to eat long back. Forget abt vegetarian, but even an indian vegan diet can be having enough protein. Lentils, beans, peas..they all are protein bro. I think you might be mislead by the wrong knowledge on how much protein humans actually need to consume in a day. From multiple researches done, even by the 'west' proves tht we only require 0.5g of protein for every kg of bodyweight.
@Pranick Lean protein is not low on carbs, but low on fat. Which is how food should be consumed with a restriction on fat amount. Those who get gas problems from eating dal, chana etc are the ones tht rarely eat it. The reason is because the necessary bacteria needed to breakdown these foods are in extremely low quantities due to the people eating so much meat and hardly any fiber. So if you start slow and continue eating it, it will eventually resolve itself. Carbs are not bad at all. major part of our diet should be carbs as its the primary energy source for the body. For a bodybuilder it is especially important to be on this diet. If you eat more protein with less carbs, your body will eventually need to convert the protein into an energy source, therefore the protein doesn't even do the job. The problems tht meat brings to ones health is just not worth it. Btw, pls don't follow the guideline which all these people say, we don't need 100g of protein a day. Its just too toxic for the body. 0.8g for 1kg for a bodybuilder is more than sufficient. There are some studies on this as well.

There are a bunch of nutrients, vitamins, and fiber in home made fruit juice. A bit of moderation is okay. I just finished a juice fast. And there is nothing easier to digest than raw fruits and veggies. They have the enzymes.. It has bio-electrical current. And that's what the human body is. Bio-electrical hydro machine. Exemption is Grape fruit juice. You cant eat grape fruit because it taste so bitter. But you can drink juice . I like grapefruit juice bitterness. secondly when we extract juice at home It still retains some pulp compared to packed juices from store. Cranberry juice ... What about lemon juice. You have to extract juice and not eat it.
