My vut is bleeding, and my body does not tolerate hardly any foods, so i have extra vitami s and minerals. I am trying to introduce divferent foods but it czn make the bleeding worse. Please can you help me as i am not happy about going down the medical route..?

Thanks for the video. In addition to eating the whole foods you suggested can you recommend a source for the key supplements? I always feel overwhelmed when purchasing supplements and feel so much of the advertising screams snake oil. Similar to you mentioning that even some virgin olive oils contain stuff that shouldn't be there...
I have Crohn decease, my concern is becoming Anemic, Doctors claimed that, it doesn’t interfere with the iron absorption, or water soluble vitamins are absorbed, contradicted at a seminar given by a doctor from the Yale Medical university
