This prefab house also has several different options and is built as a hud manufactured home! The manufacturer for this house is Live Oak Homes. The model for this home is the “Escalade.” This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 1,176 square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! Would definitely move the sink to under the kitchen window.... never in island. And island top needs to hang over on open end to make room for more seating.

Obviously everything comes at a cost, but if you wanted or had to choose a single wide it has to have 9ft ceilings if it is an option. Between the extra room for storage in closets, etc it just makes all the difference in terms of perceived space and that can do a lot for someone's comfort level.

I like this home. I especially like the island in the kitchen. It's beautiful. I would take out all the carpet. Love the stand alone tub in the master.

I had to look twice, I couldnt believe this was a single wide. Its amazing, I love it. The layout makes is look so much bigger and spacious and the natural light, along with higher ceiling make a huge difference. Love it!

I love that kitchen. 8 drawers and a sink to die for. I would have the back door to open in for a storm door for cross ventilation. that window in the front hall is great. I really like the staggard front hallway. Gives some privacy to the front bedrooms from the dining area. This is actually a really good layout.

That huge island takes away form a home like this. Putting the sink on the window wall, get rid of the island and imagine what a great eat in kitchen you would have. What were the designers thinking?

Well Chance the kitchen triangle is kinda screwy should have the back door where the refrigerator is and the refrigerator in the spot the back door is located other than that it's a nice home

Really like this one thanks for finding it! I’m torn on the island size though, may rather have a smaller in length island to allow for a dinning table between the living/kitchen. The walls must be at least 9’ to carry the structure in the framing to allow for the open floor plan instead of the old style center island with the over head cabinets from the 80’s lol. Great job! Also love the master bath but I’d definitely want a tub shelving surround for candles, wind glass etc. but a nice floating shelf behind the tub would work too!

Very large guest bedroom in the back, & both guest rooms have nice sized closets. I love the kitchen, & that pretty tub in the master bath.

This is the best single wise home I have ever seen. The master bedroom is beautiful. Don’t mention the kitchen with the amount of cabinets is to die for. All the vents are in the ceiling. Chance I want this home. Excellent video!!❤❤❤❤

Once you live with '9 ceilings, you can never go back to '8 or less. Helps make less sq ft feel like so much more. Also the larger toilets are a must too. For a single this is a nice home.

I still like the Sipsey the best for a single wide. This is my second choice. I prefer the 2 bedroom option to make the other bedroom and bathroom a little bit larger. I do agree with some others about the sink needing to be by that adjacent window, instead of the island.

Nice big island with plenty of seating. If you have a larger group just go out onto the deck. Who needs a dining room anyway, how often do we ever use it ?

I would love to see some of the manufacturer and mobile homes with real hardwood floor in the kitchen/I understand some people don’t think they last I’ve had mill hardwood throughout my kitchen, halls, family rooms bedrooms with some area, carpets with two dogs and etc.. Only after 20 years in the kitchen one spot looks a little tired and we’re going to have it replaced, but outside of that they have lasted better than most ceramics ceramics in my washroom are tired looking I will put it at the same time a lot more money and they need to be replaced. At least the last 3 to 5 years I can’t say the same for the hardwood

I've been meaning to say there is a difference between sheetrock and what is used in most of the lower-end manufactured homes. It's what is referred to as VOG(Vinyl on gypsum) or POG(Paper on gypsum) One of the best single wide.....

Good Evening Chance and Cullen... love this home the kitchen is gorgeous but the kitchen sink should be on the other side in the counter looking out the window.. the iskabd is beautiful i love the counter top...needs a bit more room for chairs....dont like the water heater in the closet... and the laundry room shoukd be hidden ....Be Blessed 🙏 Be safe

Move kitchen sink to under the window and change the tile in the master bathroom shower (it looked too dark plus it looked like a bad paint job) to something whiter & brighter. The master closet could have double doors instead of the one…it’s hard to get to the back corners).

Was not awed by this home. I thought the layout was nice. I did not like the laundry in the hallway. The tile in the master bathroom shower was overpowering and too dark for the small space. I don’t remember seeing additional storage space other than the bedroom closets. The walls in the two “guest bedrooms” reminded me of board and batten. Thanks for all your hard work. Much appreciated!

I like to see a single wide total driveway in the closets, custom closets, double sinks in the other bathroom doors on the washer dryer because we wanted to go high and in a single wide. It’s pretty hard everything is an upgrade I understand, but why not show all the upgrades in a model so people can see when they see it. They tend to sell it. I was in sales for 30+ years. I was always surprised it was the medium and high and that always went a low end even when it was on the spec to see what’s up with Sue, who is more the medium and a lot more behind than I would’ve ever thought

You think they could add a small tankless water heater for the master bathroom ? With the current water heater located at the opposite end, I'd have to wait 30 minutes just to get hot water in the shower !

8:55-on 6/1/23 really liked this single, I would go with a different color on the kitchen walls and master bathroom, I hate the color the pinky brown ? I’d go gray or white. No carpet at all. Otherwise wow I like it!😊

I guess the womenfolk are interested looking at furniture and decorations and cutesy little signs. I'm more focused on the floor plan and the build quality of the home. Such as no visible marriage line in the double wides, drywall instead of board and batten and HVAC vents in the ceiling and NOT in the floor.

Needs a backsplash to step up that kitchen. Do not like the chair rail in bedroom. Don’t like washer and dryer in hall. Don’t think I would like people walking right into the kitchen mess on the floor all the time lol. Would be a cold bath in front of the windows in the master gets cold in Missouri winters.❤❤❤❤
