In today's Top Tip, we'll show you how to create random variation in the scaling up and down of scene particles.
You'll learn how to clamp particle radius, between two values, for radius variation.
We'll then introduce data mapping, to scale down particles, and utilize nxQuestion to kill them, once they reach 0 (zero) cm in radius.

As if you could read my mind; for a few days i asked myself, do particles scaled to zero still exist for the whole sequence or are they at some point being considered as dead and therefore be killed and WHOOM! Here you come around and explain this. Thanks alot! :)

Thanks for the tip Insydium! Awesome as always, keep them coming! I have a question will Xplosia FX be added to the NeXus system in the near future? I love Xplosia because of it's integration with the particle system but recently I've had to rely more on C4D's new built in pyro system purely because of pyro's speed advantages. I'd prefer to use Xplosia so if it was integrated into NeXus that'd be great.

Why does this not work with a normal Scale Modifier? It will scale up the same but the range mapper does not respond

Hi guys, this might nit be the right place but Nexus is not properly working in C4D 2024 yet, when the scene includes a cinema4d dynamics simulation (e.g. cloth etc.) , then Nexus simulations do not work in most cases / previous scenes from cinema4d 2023, as there are so many problems with cinema4d 2024 I don't even blame you. Hope there will be another update to Fuse soon.

At first you have the particles start at a scale of 0, any way to have random growth and scale and then disappear like you have, but still keep the birth at 0?
