Yaar aap ki buhaat Meharbani plz jitni cheazein video mein istmaal hoti hain aap plz un kii list description mein likh diyaaa kro Bro plz plz Love you from Pakistan
it is very important to show calculations for selection of core size.you just cant proceed by taking any size core you have in your stock!!!show how to calculate core dimensions for a particular VA rating !!
Ok, but how did you estimate the wire thickness for primary and secondary with how many Amps so if I used AWG 14 & AWG 10 with same turn so I can get the same output voltage? Thanks
Out put volt and amp depends upon to you. Then from that calculate watt output . Then devide that watt by 220. The current you get wiil be the ac current drwan by ac wire. According to that current rating select your ac wire gauge.
I will give an example. Assume, required 80 watts transformer. Use formula A=sqrt W. So the square root of 80 is 8.9442 . So now CSA (cross sectional area) is 8.9442 sq cms . If example one have a width of say 3 cms. then the height will be 8.9442/3= 2.9814 Height. Hope this will help.
Nice but u didn't calculate the metre of megnet wire required. Also each secondary would need to be remeasured since you've added to the core thus changing the values.
How do you wire the bulb sir? I assume that those two alligator clips are just one wire one is from source and the other one is to bulb. Coz if you use two wire then when you touch those two clip then it would be shorted. Am i right sir?
Very good explanation.I really appriciate to your meningful vedios.plz tell how many gaug wire you use and one thing more that is the calculation for voltage .plz tell me the ampere formula .let if we need 35035 and 5 amp.how we calculate it.as the same we need 35035 and 10amp what is the difference in both.plz tell
Master i need your help and tips about winding.my core size is 5cm side round and center roud 9cm and deeft or hight 10cm but i need 100volts 30amps.what size magnetic wire premary and secondary and how many turns? Please help me master
Sir i understand how do you compute the turns of primary and secondary what i did not understand the computation on how you get the power what constant number do you get what formula you are using in order to get the constant number in order to get the wattage of tansformer in guiding to get the amperes of the wire we are using sir subscriver from the philippines philippines
What didn’t you understand? So, i can help you to make your transformer: What volt do you want at output? What volt do you have at input? What amp do you want at output? What are the dimensions of your core (im not interested in the diameter i need height and tickness to help you)!
Work is great but not perfect because you explained the value of the voltage did not explain how much amp and how was calculated the thickness of copper wire I wish the work would be full and thank you for your effort
He had no knowledge about the calculation of area so a hollow cylinder. Jab outer diameter de hota hai to outer circumference π*de hoga aur jab inner diameter di hota hai tab inner circumference π*Di hoga .Tab core ka circumstance =π*(de-di) hi hoga. Jab itna circumstance h height tak hota hai, tab core ka crossectional area=π*(De-Di)*h, hin hoga.
wire gauges give different ampere, not volts, gauges are chosen according to required ''''Watts''', not separate for volts, formula is : P/v = I; fr eg: if i have a device with 1200 watts(output device) and my home supply voltage is 120volts, so 1200/120 = 10amps, so we choose gauge 10.
