Today I am very inspired my friends! I took inspiration from the Squid Game series to prepare today's recipe, a very tasty second course of fish and vegetables. In one episode, a character said, "I'm good at everything except the things I can't do." And I think I know how to cook, so I immediately got to work and pulled a nice recipe out of the hat.
Squid, as an alternative to the usual squid, stuffed with seasonal broccoli. All presented on a bed of saffron flavored potato cream. What colors my friends, and what flavours!
