What a beautiful house this is, loved almost everything. Here are my (personal) opinions on this house: 1. Given the total area of the house, the layout could've been better designed for eg. the sofa & living-area is too close to the walking lobby area right on the main entrance 2. Loved the color combinations throughout the house, like the stone flooring & duco painted louvers 3. Loose furnitures like sofas & bed should be of minimal design with natural wood & good-quality fabric 4. Beautiful railing design, loved it

Ghar ramro cha. Tara smart house vanera greenery nai navaye pachi chai ali kati smart lagena. Greenery is very important. Sanai vaye pani garden ko lagi chai thau chuttayeko vaye ajhai better hune thiyo. Bedroom haru dherai cha jasto lagyo sano family bhanda joint family lai hune. Mero Bichar ma 14 Crore ta Lastai Mahango bho, you can get bigger and modern property in good location. Aile ko time ma, I would pay : 4 cr for house and 4 Cr for land (total: 8 Cr), if I had money and wanted to buy this. Good Luck to whoever buys this at 14 Cr.

simply, put it in a FD, at 11% APR 1.5 crore per year. Even if u pay 0.5 crore tax u can live like a king with 1cr/yr. I agree this for someone who is trying to convert black money to white.
