LMAO!! I was just thinking, if you spent this kind of $$ in NYC, no way would you have the quiet or the privacy that you can find in Malibu. However.....you'll probably hear gardeners everyday with how big the surrounding properties are, so there's that!
Erik’s whole demeanor has changed in these videos versus previous years. There's a real sense of humility here. Many of us will never have the chance to step into a home like this let alone live in one. Yet these videos don’t make me feel jealous or angry that individuals have so much, but maybe they inspire me to be a bit better, to achieve something greater. The style of walking on the property, eating a clementine, and sharing it with someone. There's something simple to that. Something tangible.
House is beautiful. Houses in front are very nice but right on the highway. All Surrounded by not so beautiful. But not bad at all. Just super busy public beaches
The scenery around this mansion is so beautiful! And it’s fully equipped, almost like a resort center! That closet is also bigger than my room, and I love the modern fireplace, it feels so warm! I also like that cinema, it feels very advanced! You did a really great job, thanks a lot for sharing! 👍🤩🙏
One of the most beautiful houses I've ever seen. Like I saw someone saying in the coments: it doesn't make you jealous or uncomfortable that someone owns a house like this and you don't. Instead, it makes me wanna achieve more and it inspires me to build my own 'empire'.
I live just south of Malibu in Santa Monica. I’ve been fortunate enough to have been born and raised in Los Angeles. Even though things aren’t like they used to be, the weather here makes up for it. This house is going to make somebody very, very happy
Having spent a lot of time in nyc and now living in Santa Monica I don’t think anything beats Malibu. It’s just such a beautiful tranquil place. Any beach town in la is great but Malibu is my favorite
This was a VERY well done tour, and the house itself didn't hurt of course. We watched Enes tour this at some point in the last year but I think you did a better job by far, and props to your camera man for knowing how to white balance like a champ. Glad to see you back doing more tours, and great job on the quality!
it doesn't hurt when I ACTUALLY enjoy the home haha. I love nature and the ocean. Been surfing since I was a kid. This home is the dream for me. Gotta keep uploading here on youtube haha
Yeah it was on Enes Plus channel and he toured the other one too because the developer has two of those so Enes toured both of them I think on just one day. So that's why I guess most of the stuff was left out. But good to see Erik putting now more extra effort in showing these houses rather than just sub 10 mins so good video that highlighted some of the key features Enes left out.
This section of Malibu appears nothing like what you normally see. The Malibu I am familiar with usually shows close together homes packed in together on the cliffs. This section definitely not like that at all. Beautiful home by the way.
The first thing I thought was “Wow, this looks like a new luxury home in Maui.” 28M, is a steal for an unobstructed ocean view in the “Bu” with no homes or development behind you! Awesome tour and video, Eric Van Conover! You’ve topped yourself with this one!
Erik I live in LA and Maui..for 20 Plus Year. When it gets too Rainy and Cold..like recently..I Fly over to Maui! 😜🥰This house is stunning…Looks like them huge homes on Oahu, and Maui. This truly nice..but..It needs to be in Hawaii. A Fortress of Solitude. Well Done Again.
@@erikvanconover In this one I could also easily feel how much in love you were with the home. Wish you all the best and that you one day may make your dream-home come true!
This is definitely one of the most beautfiul luxury homes that I have ever seen. This really has no flaws, just like you said it definitely is a "You made it home". really nice tour !
Def one of my favorite house tours from you in a while! this house is amazing and beautiful. Kinda reminds me of the iron man house, gotta name that AI Jarvis for sure
Mathew Perry home 7million is similar. The oceans views are priceless. The nighttime indoor video is wear the home takes on its warmth for evening entertainment. Great video very enjoyable. I would buy this!!! Place in a heartbeat and be in the infinity pool watching the sun set after the tennis court workout!!!
Beautiful modern Hawaiian style Malibu mansion. I like the landscaping, the bee nest, the master bedroom, the master bathroom, the master closet. I like the three-island kitchen and the living room. I like the view of the sea. If I own that mansion I would build a second floors and replace the sliding doors with French doors and windows.
Quite a stunning property. I like the Net Zero Carbon Feature. Great landscaping and minimal classy interior design, but even so, for me I don't see a 30 Million Dollar feeling on it (I know... location, location, location). The sunset was breathtaking though.
@@mhxxd4 Yea price is pretty good for the property size and the SQ FT. What's not so cool is how taxes went from $30k a yr to $80k a yr over the last 3 yrs.
@@BeastMortThe The price is not out of range for that area, but I don't have that 30 Million Dollar Property feeling with this house. It is really nice, but not 30 Million dollar nice to me. You are right. Property taxes would be around 40k a month. Then mortgage, utilities, landscaping and "normal" living costs. You're easily at 60k-70k+ a month "owning" this property. Even knowing that there are tons of ultra rich people out there, it always stuns me to think about that some people own places like that and only stay there for a few weeks in a year. Or all these multi million dollar cars and then they stay in the garage most of the time.
Can definitely hear the surf all the way up the canyon so being in that house definitely SOUNDS like it’s beachfront. but not beachfront at that price. You got me though… I clicked so damn fast
I'm thankful for stable housing though. I have to see when I have to sign next year's lease. I kind of turned my living room into an office. I have my computer on my really nice computer desk that my dad got me and put together. I have a bookshelf and two chairs, a rocking chair and a wicker chair. It works.
28this is an amazing House ! i cant believe is just $ 28 million dollars ? the old houses there sell for $50 million and $100 million. sure about the Price ? :}
