1) Towel Sequence Static Back (otherwise known as Hooklying Towel Settle nowadays)
2) Towel Sequence Knee Pillow Squeezes
3) Towel Sequence Glute Contractions
4) Towel Sequence Isolated Hip Flexor Lifts
5) Supine Groin Stretch with Towels.
