Town Hall 17 will Change Damage Equipments Drastically! (Clash of Clans) 

No new levels doesn't mean no new balance changes when th17 drops.

People are assuming that there aren't going to be any more equipment levels at all for th17. Supercell only said not at launch. They very likely will add levels at some point and that might include some other point during th17

The key thing is that Stuart said “when TH17 launches” - that doesn’t necessarily mean they won’t be raised at all, just not straight away. I’m betting they will add more levels eventually…

I’m a bit confused why level 23 fireball? Level 21 fb and 2 eq already take out any defs in hard mode so why would that change especially considering normal mode?

This is what I was wondering when equipment was added to what would happen when new ths are added. I’d honestly prefer equipment to be level capped and then new hero levels would be how gear gets upgraded/balanced instead of this terrible ore system needing 200 yellow ore for the next level

Lol, so basically nothing, i bring 2 eqs with lvl 27 fireball anyways just to take out the eagle if needed in legends league Also, upgrading fireball beyond 23 is still helpful because of builder huts repairing

They might add a new level to the earthquake and raise it to 32%, thus the fireball could still work as previously

Really appreciate these kind of videos that either speculate what is to come at a new TH level or give details about what is for sure coming to the game. I have a speculation that I want to share. Have you noticed that when you go to the blacksmith and view all your equipment the shaded box the surrounds each hero equipment set has nice rounded corners at the top and sharp angular corners at the bottom? This makes me wonder if there is scope for a 3rd and maybe even 4th row of equipment in the future

ur mentioning only the defences getting buffed. they might add another level to the eq for th17 to compensate for not giving extra levels to equipment. coc has usually been consistent with how much u need to take out x thing at each th. most recent example of this i believe was when they tweaked super balloons so that the damage to certain building was consistent between th15 and 16. so with that there’s a decent chance that they chuck an extra level on the eq

Fireball smash users will love the th and eagle merge then...they can just target the townhall right away with the warden and not worry about the eagle anymore...

I don’t like replacing the Eagle Artillery. It is the signature defense of Clash of Clans imo. Merging cannons or archer towers? Who really cares? There are just some things that can come and go and some that are timeless. People ask me why I think the current CoC team is bad at their jobs. Not recognizing the difference between a cannon and the eagle would be my first example.

I don't wait for the TH Update, it will come in December... I think we need the LL rework soon.. I hope that the 8 attack become 4 in the easy mode and 4 in hard mode or a new hard mode ranking or 1v1 hard mode system ... LL is too boring right now with those broken eventstroop and those solid heros..

When will it be possible to attack when we are in the Legend League after the 8 attacks that give trophies, and after those 8 attacks, we can attack more to get some loot?

I think new level spell towers will introduce freeze spell type effects also while gaining hitpoints for new level so spiky ball alone won't one shot it

i came back to coc after 1 year now i have 5k worth of equipment i need - in the trader, then i have to upgrade them

they should change the puppet equipments and make them spawn troops based on your lab levels,because if equipments dont get a new level idk how will hog puppet even be useable,and lavaloon puppet is already weak but not getting a new level will make it even worse

level 27 fireball is still useful because 23 cant kill royal champion

earthquake is very cheated when use with spikyball .please nerb only common equipments.

But if many defenses are getting merged, wont that significantly shrink the base size?

What if we get a new earthquake level along side of the update so the Fb doesnt get any nerfs😂

My Spiky Ball is still on level 1 lol.

Damage equipment wont be changed too drastically because e.g. fireball + 1 EQ will still 1 shot buildings with 5,774 hit points or less. Therefore all buildings at TH17 with less HP than that are unchanged

Im ok with more equip lvls, but pls, dont bring anymore equips besides the rc boots, please, supercell. Make something else to harvest our money, like the troop customization

They should add more 3 lvls to common equipments and nerf epic equipments like giant gauntlet, spiky ball, rocket spear, fireball and magic mirror and at th 16 the max lvl of epic equipments should be lvl 24 and when th 17 comes out 3 more levels should be added to eopic equipments and their max lvl is 27 and for common lvl 21
