Toyota 2E engine repair timelapse - new cylinder head install 

I replaced my cylinder head with a brand new assembly (cylinder head including all the internals). I had the machine shop do the valve seating, valve lapping, and clearance. Once It was installed onto my block (newly overhauled btw), it started making a ticking sound that goes fast when I rev the engine. Tried to adjust the valve clearance several times ( 0.20mm) but ticking sound is still there and the adjustment changes again. Why is that? :(

Hi Sir. By how much did you set the inlet & exhaust valve clearance?

I'm not sure if anyone here will be able to answer my question here but I'll try anyway. My corolla e90 stalls when idling i have since increased the idle speed so it stopped stalling but the idle RPM is now quite high and it starts to slowly overheat if I am not in motion. IS there any common problem that causes this? Should i buy a new carburetor?

Hi. I would like to ask about the crankshaft drive pulley. I tore off the veneer and grooves on it. I would like to ask you how to change it. As I understand it, there is nothing complicated about this, very little is written about this car in our country. Do I need to put the box in 4th gear and just unscrew the bolt?
