Hey ... Thx a bunch ... I watched your video and changed the bearing on my 2006 4runner ... it was scarey easy to do ....normally doesnt go that well when i "wrench " on something ...Thx again ....
Can the job be accomplished by similar means with a third generation 4Runner? If so, do you have any idea as to how/where I might obtain preassembled hubs and bearings.
Just did mine on a 2006 4runner and out in a doorman complete assembly from auto zone. Went on no issue and back together and cleaned everything prior to reinstall and now when I turn right I'm getting a noise. Any thoughts? Pulled tire back off and reinstalled bass and bend the dust shield and a little better bit still a noise.
There is one behind the bearing you can change. Mine came with it. You have to disconnect the lower ball joint/knuckle to free up the cv axle to replace. Not a big deal
Hey Bro. Do you have direct number of this part or direct link where did you buy ? Hub with Bearing assembled for 2wd toyota 4runner. And behind there is any dust cover ? Do you have a part number also ? I cant find it and I need to order it also. Thanks
