Some say you can get better value,more luggage and so on but,for what it is as a whole...reliability,service costs,ease of a service by yourself,fuel,holding their value over the years it's the best. Ok,there are cars that drive & handle better but the what you get on the model range is damn near perfect.

Yeah but the big difference is Toyotas last if you rust proof them

@@CarAddictGarageNE Agree. Had a 2002 1.3L 4sp which i used a can of WD40 or GT88 3x a year everywhere incl under the rear,the beam everywhere, brake pipes anything metal incl upfront,engine bay of course & it never failed an MOT or any advisory for rust in 14yrs i owned it.

Yes always the key to rust protect these cars, as it’s there biggest down fall
