Waveform’s new drum sampler is a fast and easy way to quickly create your own drum kits and start programming. It's as easy as sample, play, create. See it in action at www.tracktion.com/products/wa...
I am so happy with the drum sampler. It made adding in weird drum fills and custom kits so much easier and faster than via the multisampler without the need for an external plugin. Much appreciated.
so i have the demo version and when i try to insert the samplers, it doesn't do as you said so I'm wondering if this can be accessed when its all payed for
When loading multiple samples into a single drum, is there no way to set them to trigger individually based on velocity? This is the only way to get realistic sounding acoustic drums.
Use the multisampler for that, you can map key and velocity zones for the samples. The Drum Sampler is basic and quick way to get a beat going using the step-clips.
For some reason neither the drum sampler nor multi-sampler is showing up in the waveform plugin list in version 10.2.1. Only the old sampler is showing. I UN-installed the latest WF-10 (win) and installed an earlier version of 10 where the multi-sampler does show in the list. Could the multi and drum sampler be missing from the installer?
@@slapopimp thanks for the reply. I assume its because I have the free version. Must look for a plugin. I have recorded sound clips from our bands drum kit and wanted to build create my own sample kit to use when writing demos.
@@jbuller7 The latest free version only features Micro drum sampler. It's just the very basics. You can't even tune the pitch with micro sampler. You'll find it under waveform plugins/Instruments...
