HOLY. My arms were buuurning. Sh'es like 'don't drop them!' every time I almost did. Okay, I did drop them a few times, but I think my arms may fall off tomorrow!

Will this help with pregnancy back fat??? I'm on modified bed rest b hopefully just temporarily, but I need to do something. Summer is coming.

I like the idea and th ework out BUT she does not show how to do the movements in a slow motion to ensure that people are doing the exercises correctly .. She moves way too fast . do ech exercise in slow motion and talk through the correct motions first and then do the exercises.
