Her exercises in general are very strange, but they really do work. You will feel things you didn't know were there waking up, and you'll feel a difference afterward. Based on her other exercises, she usually wants you do to 1 set of 30. That's the biggest shortcoming of Tracy Anderson workouts, she's not a great teacher when you watch her videos.
