Dear friends and viewers, my traditional German braised red cabbage recipe is super simple yet so delicious. I am cooking it the way my parents taught me. I recommend making the cabbage a day in advance so all the flavors can develop. Also, if you have duck or goose fat available please use it to make this braised red cabbage dish.
