Traditional Spring Roll Wrappers

This technique is so awesome,, it helps to slowly introduce the water and controls the amount to prevent the batter being too runny! And the glutton formation is amazing creating structure which translates into a stretchy wrapper. Thank you for showing me this technique

2 cups all purpose flour, how many grams? US standard 1 cup flour 225g, other 130g.

How can i store it properly? Qhen i pile it do i need to put oil on every sheet?
