This technique is so awesome,, it helps to slowly introduce the water and controls the amount to prevent the batter being too runny! And the glutton formation is amazing creating structure which translates into a stretchy wrapper. Thank you for showing me this technique
Easy as easy it seems but actually quite hard to make it - previously I had been trying and trying to make it but failed misery 😭 I will follow your recipe hope for the best - how many grams equal to 2 cups of flour??
