I’m glad I was able to see Pantera in ‘96. I remember seeing Cobains death in that clip. I found out on MTV news before that clip on evening news. I cried and went to the music store. They had a new incense burning that they were going to release later that week. It was called Nirvana. I re bought Nevermind and they gave me a black ribbon. I put it in the case and had it for years before someone stole it. It was worth something to me so I was upset by it.

They're all tragic. But when they got to Buddy Holly, Ritchie Valens, and The Big Bopper... I cried. And hell, I am 90s baby. But I grew up listening to their music, I didn't know any better. And I remember watching The Buddy Holly Story, and La Bamba when I was so young, that it felt like it'd just happened, and I was experiencing it in real time. IDK if that makes sense? But damn, I just absolutely adored the 3. So damn sad. But really, they all are. And God rest their souls. ❤️
