if you're gonna try this workout let me tell you that this gives excellent results within a week or so of course you have to support it by a good diet but this gave me amazing results just remember to stretch before and after the workout so the thighs won't become bulky

1st exercise : 15 reps each side 2nd exercise : 20 reps each side 3rd exercise : 10 reps each side 4th exercise : 10 reps each side 5th exercise : 15 reps each side

+Nada Saleh I also do candice's runway butt workout and ale's core workout. I don't have special diet because i am still a student. I have salad for breakfast(sometimes dinner) and I have such at school. Just don't eat too much

Polilla In some interviews they say they wake up around 4-5:30 ish to start working out, and they just do different workouts throughout the day. It's definitely hard.

If you train hard, you get bulky & they are slim. The skinniness is achieved by low calorie diet & cardio, the slight sexy muscle definition is achieved by exercises like these, just with one body weight or light weights.

You really need to work out a to more than this to get bulky. Just look at the olympic athletes who train for hours, most of them don't look too manly or bulky in the slightest

hey sorry for late reply!! my bum is just shaped a lot better and when i wore a tight dress, you don't see like a kim k/squat bum you actually see a really nice natural-looking cute booty/bum

idk how to explain it - it's just really good and u don't even have to force yourself to do it everyday like i maybe do it every two days and my bum doesn't disappear if i stop doing it for even 5 days I'm pretty sure hahah

This works so well! I will say, though, that it hasn’t been capturing my upper inner thigh. Maybe I haven’t gone far enough yet to get it (1 1/2 weeks so far) so I don’t know, but I definitely recommend you do this! If it gets easier, just increase it. I increased it to 40 for me, and then just keep adding 20

Amazing workout! I want to become a VS model one day and this gave me great results in a week, but make sure you stretch before so u wont get the bulky legs and make sure you try to aviod sweets if u want to get better results :)

You have to do more cardio if you want to lose muscle. Also you should do cardio before your strength training if you want to lose muscle.

You can actually. The first time you do this you would feel like your thighs are getting bigger but in the long run, you would be shocked how toned your thighs would get. I've been doing this workout btw.

Do cardio to lose weight. Go jogging, jump rope or at least brisk walk to burn fat. Also do some of these exercise to tone your legs

Day 3 was pretty hard, considering I took a day off... But, I worked out more! For one second today, I thought my legs were thinner but they aren’t lmao. Imma gave it a couple of weeks (I stretched before but not after)

So, Day 4,5 and 6 are pretty much the same, easier (a looot) than the first time I did it. I think I'm going to do it more repétitions... I may be seeing a thinier leg, but I'm not sure....... I will start to stretch before and after starting tomorrow, maybe this is the problem.

It’s supposed to be a toner so it’ll tighten your legs. Making them appear thinner even though you might gain some muscle with the workout. You see how her legs are. Very thin.

this doesn't actually make you legs longer, it makes them appear longer, because they get leaner.

I am 5'9 which is pretty tall but trust me when I tell you that my body looks awkward af I have a long torso and long legs. So i just look like a guy with long hair and girl clothes... No beautiful skinny legs and abs... Nope just wobbly thighs...

You don't need to take hormones to bulk up, you just change your diet and add weights to your workouts. Slow and controlled provides strength and stamina to your body.

Oh man. This is a terribly ineffective workout and the trainer was incorrect a few times on which muscles were being used 🤔. He also should have corrected her form on a few exercises, especially the sidelying hip abductions. Really strange. Also, no you don’t see a difference in your legs after one workout... that’s scientifically impossible. It takes 6-8 weeks to see muscle growth (hypertrophy,) and alternatively, no strength program is going to make your legs smaller unless you are also in a caloric deficit. Just to bring some reality into the comments section here lol.
