This are best videos and you can learn a lot from them, from making a training program to exercise selection and execution 👏🙌 Would be best if you can break like this your current trainig split 💪
Loved this even wrote this down as you would say. 1 question I have. For the Y raise, what cues would you think about when doing the movement? As what I'm struggling with this is distinguishing the Y raise to a lateral raise when performing the movement, bring it to top of head and not out to the side?
When I started a year ago I went straight to a upper lower with 84 sets a week. Then I cut that down to 72 now I'm at 68 and I think that's just right for my level
Hey Kuba always look forward to your joints , love De rego , you guys do no nonsense FKn hard core training and that’s why interests me , was wondering how’s the collaboration with Marc Hector going
I’ve heard from people that overhead movements don’t actually work the long heard and they’re more medial and lateral head biased? I’m not sure myself to be honest just a little confused 😂
You can do a full shoulder session in 15 mins? So 2 shoulder press variations multiple sets, side delts rear delts some form of a front delt plus traps, now remember this would be a weekly shoulder session so lots of volume and your saying you can do shoulders in 15 mins??
Why would you want to do 2 press variations and some form of front Delts.. that's way overkill..and traps with rear Delts go on his on pull day anyways not with shoulders..shoulders on this split would effectively be 1 press maybe 2 laterals shortened and lengthened bias
@@aidandoyle3290 that’s why I stated it’s a once a week shoulder session u turnip, so once a week shoulder session would need two different variations, I was replying to kuba saying he could do a full shoulder session in 15 minutes
@@Big_bang_zhang you could do a full effective shoulder session in 15 minutes yes...any longer than that and your just doing multiple variations of the same movement for unnecessary volume that you may not recover as well from. But hey if you want to spend a huge session of overkill volume on Delts and not give other things attention instead you do you 😊😊
@@ogboodirty3156 I go wider where ? Dumbbell or smith ? So where are my elbows supposed to be when pressing ? Keen to see your thought process so explain it.
