Am happy with the horn but definitely not as loud as it was advertised to be. All up I spent about $50 getting this horn and wiring it up, worth it? I don't know... ask the people in front of me :)
The 12v compressor that you have doesn't really deliver a lot of pressure, they roughly operate around a 40-60 psi mark, plus the length of the of the horn makes the sound much deeper, as a recommendation you can purchase 3 liter to 6 liter air compressors, this can make it much, much louder.
Thanks for the info! I had looked into this previously but didn’t want to take up any more space in the engine bay of the car as it’s already struggling a little for room lol
@@adventuredownunder2131 I know the feeling, space is critical in a 4x4, how ever you could use two of those little air compressors, this increase the pressure into the horn, but the down side is it becomes a 24v. Look at a company called WOLO, they have an excellent variety of horns, I highly recommend one called the "bad boy" ;-)
*The CORRECT (non-American) way to Install* other videos show this horn installed very poorly. Usually by adding an additional button defeatin purpose of original OEM horn button. Thanks for showing right way to install. 1:37 - Additional Recommended Materials 3:30 - Relay Schematic

jerzky vill most of the dual air horns that I checked out before buying just had an adapter hose which ran off the one pump but the other end went to the two air horns. Hope that helps!
@@adventuredownunder2131 have you seen Marco Xtreme Blast? It comes with 2 pumps and 2 horns and its very loud.. but its way more expensive..so thats why im thinking what if i will use 2pcs of the same horn you have..which my budget can handle..lol btw thanks mate!
jerzky vill I will check it out. I do know however you can buy setups similar to mine with with dual horns that run off the same compressor but doubt it would be as loud as two compressors.
