Transfer Addiction after Weight Loss Surgery: A Concern for All of Us- Risks and Prevention. 

Transfer addiction after my surgery was a very real thing. I am nearly 12 months post operation and the first six to nine months after my operation my shopping was out of control. Thankfully, I never transferred this addiction to alcohol. I never linked my excessive shopping to my operation until I read up on it. My shopping is now under control and I am in the process of selling some things that I have bought and never used. The only thing that still makes me angry with myself is the money I have wasted which I could have put to better use 😊
