A lot of people both young, not so young and older feels stuck and depleted. Has nothing to do with age.

The title is vague. Maybe, a section of a greater conversation? I agree, all ages can benefit from the practicality of Mel's advice. I do think that there is an advancing process where we reach an accumulated place as we get older, where our tank (which has been going for a lengthy time) calls on us to be self-aware and reflect on issues discussed in this clip. Aging does bring us through a natural adjustment of 'next phases'.

Yes, I can so relate to feeling depleted in a lot of areas of my life! I will be turning 50 in January and I do want to be more energized and happy. I am definitely going to adapt this approach to the new decade!!

This video was good but these titles are misleading! It’s the second Mel Robbins video I’ve watched today where the content, albeit good, has nothing to do (or directly has nothing to do) with the title! That’s just not honest or informative when picking the videos to watch!

Irv rented cars motorcycles busses trucks antiques to movie and commercial studios.. I would have worked with him for the rest of my life .. he was unlucky.. cancer killed him in 2017..he was gifted.. chiarismatic..I couldn't have asked for a better brother.. Irv his wife .. and Anita and i used to go on motorcycle rides to nice restaurants .. my life is de-energized not going on jobs with Irv...
