Transform your health in 6 minutes. 1 minute for each of the 6 organs:
1. kidneys
2. heart
3. lungs
4. stomach
5. gallbladder
6. spleen
Follow these simple movements every day, and in about a month you will see real results with your health. A great time for this is in the morning. Start your day by supporting your organs - your body’s engine. Just 6 minutes a day can make a big change if you’re consistent. And the important part - have fun with it. The best exercises are always the ones that we enjoy doing.

This is truly great and I'm so thankful. I did it and awoke today with a noticeable difference and felt greater health and strength. At first I didn't know why. Then I remembered the exercises. Sleep was much better. Everyone please practice this for greater energy.

Excellent - I do these every day! This does help - give it time. All the internal organs need to be healthy and have good blood flow - the energy must flow smoothly through all the organs to maintain good health.

Also to hydrate the organs is not to drink plain water which hydrates the body but it's the water that comes from fruit and veg is what hydrates the organs 😊

This is guy is Amazing, positive, humorous, professional in his ways. He always makes a question of "time is an essence" knowing the modern world of thinking, knowing that the average attention time in the majority of people is sort and fast. Thank you Master Yang. I'm attracted to the Chinese way of addressing the body's wellbeing. I alrerady do "clapping" but I'd like to add these to my routine and if it makes me happy as well, who could ask for more. Lately, I've noticed my belly gurgling quite audibly during the night. I don't know what this indicates but I'm sure these routines will help

I have gained so much weight through depression and I am so stiff....finding a way to exercise without it hurting my lower back and hip joint has been hard......I can do all of what Master Yang has shown on his channel. I'm so grateful that he has been recommended by YT.....I well be doing them daily. But of advice needed if any one can help....one of his moves is recommended at 200 a day.....I can't do them all in one go....as a starting point would it matter if doing 50 x 4 a day?...... Thank you

I really relate to these ideas. They're so accessible and make perfect sense to me. Is there any chance, Master Yang, that you could do this same video and each movement for the actual length of time you recommend? No worries if not. I already do a clapping routine for the hands, inner elbows and armpits. Great stuff!

May I respectfully suggest that she be seen by a qualified chiropractor who has experience with children. Misalignments and subluxations can cause all kinds of problems for children. I raised two sons with regular chiropractic care, and they've grown up strong and healthy. You are a good parent to keep looking for answers. Good luck!
