Transformers is a franchise that is famous for how loathed they are by the public. With now more then 7 movies, transformers is a series that should not exist, but manages to stand on it's feet and keep going. In the past few months however, more and more people have come to the forefront to voice their liking towards these film's. To understand, I watched the very first transformers movie.

Just found your channel through your video about how Doom Eternal shits all over Samuel Hayden’s character and good lord the level of quality is severely disproportionate to the attention you get. Keep up the good work, and I look forward to our parasocial relationship 🤝

@@Oronoto I am curious what you think of the Dead Space remake now that it has been out for nearly a year. I think it was well done and had objectively better gameplay due to changes to the weapon balance and upgrade mechanics, but it also sacrificed a lot of that industrial aesthetic and grit that made the original special. The fantastic design work of both the creatures and environment in the original comes off so much more generic in the Frostbite engine and despite the impressive dismemberment tech, it feels less impactful and brutal. Also technical woes mean that it isn’t even necessary a smoother version so you have to pick your poison between constant traversal stutter in the remake and dealing with the bizarre gamma and v-sync issues of the original. It took me a very long time to realize that setting the desktop color settings in the Nvidia Control Panel to “Override to Reference” fixes the terrible lifted gamma of the original and ever since then I have found it hard to go back to the remake.

@@c-samleystudios1573 I was actually working on a critique video on the DS Remake. I played both the original and the remake around on the same time on impossible to see how different they are. I wrote the script and even began editing it, but I sadly scrapped the project, because I felt like I couldn't get the right words for what I wanted to say, that being I think it's a fantastic remake that has a hard time justifying it's existence. I'm still thinking of covering the remake at some point when I can get the exact words right for what I think of the game and remakes in general, but as of right now, I am actually making a really weird thing for dead space that should be out for it's first anniversary to show my apprecation for the game, even if I have some issues with it.
