U can tell from the Action Scenes that MB wanted this to be the Last Transformers Movie. They feel much more Epic and Shoot with Care. Last knight is a joke compared to this.
They should’ve wrote in Primus and Unicron as pillars of the new trilogy With Galvatron replacing Megatron. Instead they chose to change everything after every film.
Last Knight was bay fucking with the timeline where Extinction left off. None of the shit in that movie should've happened. Autobots exiled from American soil. Cade being a fugitive. Grimlock and Slug living in a junkyard when they were supposed to be free. Say what you want about Extinction, but it was needed. The worst part of a bomb isn't the explosion but the fall out. And we needed extinction to show us the impact the Chicago war had. It was wrapped up nicely then bay fucked up.

Optimus had to kill his former mentor Sentinel who betrayed him and then had to then kill his brother, Megatron. In the process, millions of human lives were lost and an innocent species were involved in a war they had no part of. You can see the bloodthirsty combat style Optimus has in this movie, which expresses how much suffering he had to endure on another planet, lightyears from Cybertron.
@Extraneus Aemulus Also notice with them destroying cybertron or half destroy it, that means Primus can no longer aid the transformers whenever Unicron returns. Who are the real villains? The ones who were forsaking one planet (which turned out to be Unicron who when he returns will start destroying planets) or the ones who would forsake their own planet (and Primus) all to protect Unicron, who will no doubt cause even more destruction?

Meg in TLK had a really cool design, but they didn't really explain how he changed back....it was Quintessa's work at 100% since Megatron had the same scar on his face like Optimus, too bad they didn't really get deep into that

RAZR and they kept losing a lot of money each movie and to the point it wasn’t worth making more. Feel like a movie with just Transformers would be cheaper as you don’t need high salary actors? But CGI expenses would be high

Bruh Sentinel is actually Cybertron's greatest warrior and Megatron and Optimus' superior in skill. Megatron only was able to blindside him. In the earlier scene, Megatron was rammed on a wall by Sentinel.

@@SupaDupaGuy 4-5 are not bad at all, and they will exist forever you idiot, 4 is literally the best TF movie, it's the most enjoyable to watch, literally the greatest villain, best design for Optimus, best ending speech, best developed Optimus, the ideal of humans being villains was great, transformers had more screentime, this movie didn't focus on Sam's relationship and Bumblebee, it focused on Optimus prime and Cade trying to survive and defeat a new threat.
@@HitlerLovesAnimethe fixed camera on the gun while the big robots fight in the background. It's not a dynamic shot, it's a first person pov, and would work perfectly for a 3D projection for immersion.
I like how Megatron was going for a Joker/Batman relationship where they're antagonist doomed to fight forever because neither will kill the other. The only problem is that Optimus isn't Batman, he's The Punisher. He ripped out a guys heart last movie and squeeze it right in front of his eyes, Optimus is cold blooded behind a veneer of safeguarding all life in the galaxy.
Man Megatron being on the good side for once would of been a great surprise I thought we was getting that for a sec n then Optimus super clapped him 😭😭😭 Should of let him go in peace n then have Megatron go bad again in TF4

Well since Sentinel got wrecked by Megatron, I say The Fallen will win but if only a prime can kill a prime. Megatron has to be a prime, he killed Optimus and damaged Sentinel
@@tmac731 Only a Prime can kill the Fallen, but normal Transformers can beat Optimus and Sentinel, although very unlikely. Megatron beat both Optimus and Sentinel by sneaking up on them while they were distracted.
Don’t forget that when optimus beat the Fallen it was only because he was super amped up super saiyan with this extra part he received from the decepticon who sacrificed himself.

Right before Sentinel catches the rocket to chest,he fires two shots of his rust cannon,had they landed,instant kill. He was taking heavy hits getying overwhelmed and decided to pull it out. Same weapon used to kill Ironhide
Another theory is that he ran out of cosmic energy or cosmic something in his gun because he uses it so much in the film and he has no way of refueling it
Always love how Micheal Bay always kept the idea that the Decepticons want what Autobots want - the survival of Cybertron. They just had a different way of achieving that. Sentinel Prime just wanted to be the hero to save Cybertron. No matter what it costs.
Megatron indirectly saved Optimus. Megatron only killed Sentinel because the former was afraid the Prime would force Megatron into submission. It was a power grab that Optimus took advantage of.

@@denisblaster5309 That may be the case but you have to take into account that Optimus was severely wounded himself. All Optimus had left as weapons were one axe and one arm to wield it. On the other hand, Megatron had hardly engaged in battle and could have very well killed Optimus if he wasn't taken by surprise. You talk about fighting for peace but Megatron died and came back and was still strongly opposed to Optimus. Megatron came back to life only to cause even more havoc and destruction. Optimus mourned his initial death, saying "You left me no choice, brother." The kill was brutal but to me, necessary.

When he executed Sentinel? That wasn’t a war crime. He executed him as punishment for his treachery. Sentinel almost killed an unarmed Optimus after mercilessly cutting off his arm. Is that not a war crime?
@K K Even if there was a trial, it’s very likely Sentinel would have been found guilty. And the sentence would have been death anyway. We impose capital punishment for the crime of treason.
@K K If I were Optimus, I would have definitely done the same thing. Sentinel had proved himself too dangerous to be left alive. Plus, Optimus was mad at him for killing Ironhide. And Sentinel has a lot of nerve asking for mercy after everything he did.
I love how Optimus Prime goes from beast mode, facts Sentinel is right, he knew that human would betray the Autobots, he foreshadow the last knight and age of extinction
I just notice that sentinel does manage to the grey one with his rust cannon before the military guys pop sentinel with explosives shots. After that he loses control of his weapon and is on survival mode since he is getting hit from everywhere until Optimus prevents him from escaping and has to transform to defend himself from Optimus
ya.. but this is nothing... If you watch the original movie I've cut out a huge amount of people and random stuff. The original sequence is around 15 minutes. Everyone always wanted the people out of the way... but Bay explained that the render time on these was insane.
It's too insane and they dont fight amazingly, bay is only good at editing and also he made everyone ugly except megatron he doesn't look so bad and kinda resembles megatron i guess? Otherwise they made my boy optimus into a monkey :c
6:34 ok 3 things i just figured out 1 dont mess with Optimus whem hes extremely mad and tired of someones crap, even though megatron was tryna sorta call a truce he deserved that death cause im sure back on cybertron he had to watch his friends die, and continuously had to see it happen on earth as well so I'm sure he was so fed up he snapped and had enough and just got it over with, that goes to show even the most generous can go nuts and lose there cool if its buildup anger for so long, R.I.P jazz, and 3 I'm kinda scared of Optimus if he's really heated cause now that we know he's killed someone so yah
You know what would have been more realistic ? following the destruction of the central pillar Cybertron would have been destroyed yes, but the Decepticons and the ships stayed right where they were, having Autobots and the military having to put them down, having of course some of them escaping (thus explaining why there were so many running around). Of course for money and time reason they could not even think of pulling something like that, but it would have been been great
I always felt Optimus Prime could win against Sentinel Prime, since he also has a shield, when using it against Driller. Or the instant Optimus went and pushes against Sentinel and says: "You'll have to go thru me" he could rip off his head with the same claws he used to kill Grindor in TF2. Definitely in Optimus Jet Pack mode (Jetfire parts) he would beat up Sentinel easy. As well. I don't understand why Megatron did not scan a new vehicle or cybertronian ship just like Optimus in TF4 very old to very brand new.
I think so. That depends on how it performs well by audience, especially Chris Hemsworth will now voice Optimus Prime and replace Peter Cullen....😢 Peter Cullen will always be Optimus Prime
