Butch women are the hottest! Sorry you're going through this. It's pretty rough in lesbian spaces right now, we're being heavily censored. Even just politely saying that being gnc doesn't mean one *needs* to transition, or that many of us are truly same-sex attracted rather than "gender identity"-attracted can get you banned from clubs and dating apps. I've been out for two decades and the changes in that time are pretty scary. When I was young, the LGBT community celebrated diversity and people being themselves, now it's very tense and every single personal decision or dating preference is viewed through a political lens. No one is welcomed unless they can demonstrate ideological purity, and people who are deemed to have the most oppression points are allowed to bully and harass everyone else. A young gen Z friend of mine told me that all gay men were kicked out of the LGBT club at her college for being "too privileged". Other students would attack them while hurling homophobic slurs like the f-word, all in the name of supposed "inclusivity". It's wild what's going on.

Glad you are starting to see what she went through. The biggest problem I have is the waste of it all. That's the real issue. Years, money, relationships, possibilities etc... on the altar that preaches that you are not okay unless you fight your own nature (something that never brings contentment, let alone happiness). That's such a sad story, and becoming more and more common. I've never seen such a controlling and hateful group as what I've seen from the trans community. They only "love" others when those others agree 100% with their ideology, but if you change your mind, the hate and rage from them is insane. I have a lot of compassion for people who are hurting and struggling to find their place in life, so uncomfortable in their own skin they can't stand looking in the mirror... the sad thing is, society and social media is to blame for a lot of those feelings. Coupled with abuse of some sort in a lot of cases.... these people need emotional healing, not mutilation. I'm so thankful my kids are all older and very secure in who they are, it would break my heart to see any of my kids go this far. I would love them no less, no matter what, but I would do my best to keep them from mutilating themselves. I hope your friend is able to find their way and find happiness. ❤️

Totally agreed! (as a transmen) In High School, i see a girl who wanted to be a man because she loved masculine things. And no, she isn't a transgender men. She didn't wanted to change her gender ( she wanted only for once) If you don't have gender dysoria and feel (enough) as men/women. You shall not change your gender just because you feel "manly/girly" I would never accept this if my Child did this. (unless he's grown up) I don't want to see him suffer from dysoria at this age. I grew out of it as well, as I mean I still love catching salamanders and frogs, doing "manly activities" and "manly" perfumes and candles but I've really embraced my feminine side. I think if my parents didn't allow me to dress in boy shirts, or have stereotypical boy toys, I probably would have been envious of boys and resented my femininity. Even having woke parents as a young teen would have REALLY messed me up. I would have probably identified with being non binary, or some other gender, probably not trans though. Of course I would I was (like any other teen) struggling with my identity. I am so thankful to this day for wonderful grounded parents who raised me with compassion and never made me feel broken for my interests and likes.

When I was young (11- 16 probably) I was VERY into the alternative scene. I had plans to get over 20 piercings and tattoos ALL over my body. I cut my hair into crazy styles and dyed it. Imagine if my parents saw this as me “expressing my true self” and just let me do anything I wanted. I’d be covered in holes and tattoos I could never remove again. KIDS CHANGE!! kids change ALL THE TIME the future and life path they want to take. Hell, even full grown adults sometimes change their minds. All I know is I’m so very happy I didn’t have the opportunity to pierce my face like a pin cushion and permanently scar my body with ink. These permanent decisions can completely block out opportunities for you. Like the college I’m attending soon doesn’t allow any piercings or tattoos that show under your scrubs (I’m a vet tech, rules are more strict than other colleges I believe)

Its sounds like we have kinda similar stories. I'm a guy and especially when I was younger I sometimes liked doing more girly kind of things. Like playing dressup and having tea partys and sometimes playing with dolls. I still liked doing alot of things the other boys liked too like playing with G.I. Joe's and playing video games and stuff like that. I'm so very glad I'm not growing up now or I would have people left and right telling me I need to transition or something. While I'm definitely not some super masculine guy I'm completely happy with the gender I am. I really wouldn't want to be a girl. I feel so bad for these poor kids being fed all this information. At the end of the day kids shouldn't be making the decision to switch their gender they really have no idea what they want at such a young age.

Same. 2011 I digged into what was the trans-community back then. I was 13 at this time and I thought I am a ftm. I had short hair and used a binder. Took me a year or so to realise I am a girl because I have no bodydysmorphia. If I was 13 again I would probably be on Testo rn because no one's doubts it. Why can't children consent to medical transition? Surely you know that the earlier the transition is done the more successful it is so who are you to get to choose for someone else whether or not they spend their live as what appears to be an actual female versus spending their life as what appears to be a female impersonator? Why do you get to make that choice for someone? Why don't they get to make it along with their family and their doctor(s). You know good and well that gender identity presents itself from ages 4 to 6 and secondary characteristics start to establish permanently in puberty.

Same! I was born around 2000. There were some people who I could tell would fall into this group at my high school, but they were less than 10 out of the whole school. The problem nowadays is they're being brainwashed to think there is a societal sex-based stereotype problem which is important bc it's the basis that supports what they believe. They believe the definitions of "man", "woman", etc. are stereotype-based definitions. Ex: (to them) being a woman equates to dressing feminine & acting girly rather than being biology-based/related. They don't realize they through brainwash are the ones being used to create, support & uphold these stereotypes & spread them to the rest of society, that most normal people do not believe in or see the world through bc their entire ideology cannot exist or function without these stereotypes. We're going backwards with stereotypes. A trans woman can say they are a woman if they do superficial things like dressing & acting girly, when being a woman/girl is based in biology, not dressing or acting a certain way. They are reinforcing that anyone can be a woman/girl if they dress & act feminine. It does not get shallower than that. When in reality it doesn't matter how you dress & act bc being a woman/girl is in your biology, not if you choose to dress or act a certain way. They are exactly what they have been told they're fighting, so through these "gender" stereotypes they believe, that in turn leaves open the door for (ex) people who believe they are "gender fluid" to say, "Oh I'm feeling girly today, I'm a woman", "I'm feeling more masculine today, I'm a man today". Same with "nongender conformers" bc they believe in these definitions, they believe they're being told to act & look one way or the other, so they want to avoid it all & run away from it bc they've been brainwashed to think you have to act a certain way to be a man & act/look a certain way to be a woman, rather than its purely biology related, NOT related to how you dress or act. That's how they're twisting these people's understanding of what it means to be a man/woman & influencing them to have radical, false understandings that lead to them having radical understandings/perceptions of reality that effect themselves & those around them. This is the foundation/basis of the mental conditioning that creates their warped understanding/perception of reality they have to be brainwashed with, to think like they do. This is very good to hear as I plan to move to Italy, and because of my intersex condition I need to make sure what hormones to go on, estrogen with testosterone blockers, or just testosterone. This is a huge decision for me as this also impacts my physical health, not just reproduction. I don't want to be blindly affirmed into "oh, if you feel like x then you should be x", because that doesn't work that way. Much like autism, even the reproductive system has a specific part of the brain that could be more fitted for a male or female body (neither only in some cases of autism but that's another story). If the brain is fitted for a male body ofc it would be more adapted and cooperative with high testosterone levels and the same for the other situation. Gender therapists now only care to get the big bucks from pharma than taking into consideration the well-being of patients today, it's sad.

Yeah can confirm, a friend of mine got transition denied twice so far and had a meltdown that made me worried last time. Hopefully things will get better regardless of what decision will be taken in the future.

its not easy to get hold of HRT its still locked away if you dont have money to go private, even then its still a long process but its not as long as the plubic system as theirs fewer people that can access it. I dont think its creepy then if it was easily accessible it'll allow more people to get the care they need and if someone detransitions it doesnt matter, its all about being comfortable in your body.

i was the same. when i was young i like to play with barbie and dolls, i was more feminine than my sister. now that i am and adult i barely remember that i was into that when i was younger. luckily my parents weren't into that 'woke' stuff and 'supportive' of me and just leave me alone doing what i think was fun. feels so lucky to have a good parents

I would go the Buddhist route and just find happiness with what you are given, instead of needing things to be a certain way to find happiness. It’s pretty rare for the surgery to happen to very young children. It’s mainly the hormones and blockers that happen if there’s going to be any medical intervention. I’m not saying it’s a good thing but surgery is very expensive, not many people can afford it, and not many doctors are willing to operate on children that way.

The end of the 2000s self-harm trend was very tragic, tons of suicides. It's going to be about just the same, especially since most of this is very, VERY irreversible.

Yup, although I had someone tell me that a guy using a female character is a "sign" that the person is trans. No, no it's not. Maybe some people who are trans do that, but it is not the norm.

@@Cerebrum123 Precisely, it's just an aesthetic preference. My husband does it, and he isn't trans, and the same goes for the other guys i know who do the same. It could be that some trans people do that, but it's certainly not a sign for anything of that sort.

@@LoulousCorner It seems like there is an attempt to confuse people regarding the issue. It's going to lead to a lot of problems, but they are just getting brushed under the rug.

Transitioning does save lives. The issue is gender dysphoria which is caused by a conflict of the brains sex/gender identity and one’s physical sex. This is all internal and has no external forces at play. If you aren’t trans or study transgender then you can’t have a say in our lives. Also God is a product of outside forces pushing you to believe he is real when he isn’t.

Since you don't believe you are an intricate purposeful creation by something WAY beyond your intellect you're trying to fix this level of complexity of the heart and head to a surgery of flawed human hands. ​@@sorathehydratebuttonNo, they are too young to make a permanent decision and that is the problem, they believe they want to transition until they later regret it but if there were checks in place so that they were unable to transition in the first place they would not have had that irreversible problem

Hello, English is not my main language so I may have misunderstood your comment, but do you disagree with non-binary people who identify as trans or do you disagree with trans people in general? I say this because in this comment section the majority does not agree with either of them but from the way you wrote the comment it seems as if you agree and at the same time you do not. @@gabriellelagachatuber I do not agree with anything on the non-binary spectrum being considered trans. I know that trans is a thing and that gender dysphoria is very real. I believe that non-binary is a subcategory made up by people looking to belong to something; in this case, the LGBT and trans movements. It’s a way for them to dress up and gain attention as a type of people who are currently in the spotlight without actually experiencing anything that trans people go through. I consider them bad faith actors.

There are 2 for that. 1 many don't think enough about it and just decide right away to transition(in Germany you have to go through monts of therapy before doctors even considering it so idk why America isn't doing it lika that). 2 many transitions are poorly made

It is not something we should be in favor of. Whilst I sympathize with those who feel uncomfortable in their own bodies, I cannot endorse any form of transition.

I agree with your opinion,you have to really think this a lot before doing it because it is something that is irreversible,that is why i think that if for some reason you want to transition you have to do A LOT of research first,the good things,the bad things,watch some videos about the experience of other persons,the ones that had a transicion and years later don't regret it and the ones that had a transicion and years later regret it,find the reasons why while watching their experience and question yourself in every way posible before making this decision,and of course go to a doctor that is objective and not subjective,and again,question yourself why are you doing it,if you only are doing this because little things like for example not fitting in the stereotipes of your gender. And of course i think that after of transition with operations do it first in a social way, that way you will know how many differences there are from one gender to the other and if you really want that or to be treated that way, if you cannot transition socially you can ask your friends or relatives of that gender about their experience living like that or just be more attentive to how people behave with that gender. This is just my opinion and sorry if some words sounds weird because english is not my first language but i wanted to give my opinion about this xd

@@h..8083 I think Blair White said that if there was a pill that trans people could take to lessen the dysphoria (there isn't but there can be other outlining issues), then we should be doing that. If we've tried all treatments, patient followed all trearment schedules, still wants to transition, then we have to concede that we exhausted options and we have to start thinking about the patient. But even then, they need to socially transition first and that's it.

Here in your Europe you actually have to go through months of therapy before they even consider transitioning i really don't know what the US was thinking

I think you're on the point of big pharma liking it as it benefits them, but I also think these poor souls are experiments while they figure out the science to make transitioning a viable option, so if they more people are transitioning that's going to help them advance faster. Not to mention that we allegedly have a population problem, so the more infertile individuals also works in that narrative's favour.

@@with_the_ghosts5729 Oh, we don't have a population problem-- not at all. In many countries, there is actually a problem in people not having enough kids. I believe in places like Japan (I could be wrong on the location, but essentially multiple countries) are making laws that help to encourage people to have kids because the problem is that bad. If you look at any statistics on population and how often people are having kids in modern times, you will see a _great_ decline. If we do not have kids, then there will never be enough people in the next generation working (and no one to take care of us when we are all old and retired).

@@lucifernazaedi hence why I said "allegedly." :) I do worry seeing a lot of smart people not having kids thinking it's wise when it will only leave them alone. Maybe it will work out for them, but statistics suggest no.
