I started crying halfway through when I began to physically feel myself release. I used to be embarrassed for being stuck in fight/flight/freeze constantly -- I feel accepted here. Thank you for this practice

Thank you so much for this practice. I find that I’m stuck in freeze/dissociation a lot and this helped me feel more connected to my body so I’ll definitely be coming back to it. I would love more practices focused on getting out of that weird, floaty, disconnected state. 💖

I completed 1 hour of similar videos, and surprisingly, I feel lighter and a bit more in tune with myself. I did not think this would be beneficial; I may have been wrong. Thank you

this was amazing. very much needed. im restarting my fitness journey and today i just needed to slow down and get in tune with myself. to feel present and centered. definitely subscribing and adding this to my routine.

Super appreciate the trauma-focused content - audio is hard to relax into though. Consider recording audio and then laying the audio onto the video afterwards when editing.

Is it normal to yawn during the movements/ steps I keep yawning everytime I play this video. Is that a good sign?

It could be an indication that you are relaxed which is one goal of yoga. And I would imagine her purpose with this video is to promote some relaxation in body and mind.
