Where am I off to next? NORTH DAKOTA!
I can’t believe this will be 7th contract already. I still feel like I’m new and don’t have enough experience, but that’s just imposter syndrome.
I didn’t want to start working again, but this opportunity felt too good to pass up! I am super excited to work in a new state and to work in a new environment.
I compare the pay from my last assignment to my new one. The pay is significantly different, in a good way. I hope you liked seeing the numbers on how much I make and how much YOU can potentially make as a traveler. I will make another video in the future comparing my paystubs and how much I bring home.
I am not an expert and don’t know a lot about numbers, but I can make more videos on money if you would like. I can only talk about my experience.

What made you both decide to get into surgery? Best of luck in your careers btw I'm in the surg tech program now finishing at the end of the year!! We actually have practicals next week nervous but I think I'm ready, now clinicals after the summer semester that's a different story😬

As far as getting prepared for more complicated cases, that’ll have to be either during your clinicals or orientation. The only way to learn is getting exposed to it and also be given the opportunity to experience it first hand. I haven’t seen everything but if it’s something I have never seen before, I let the surgeon know & they are usually pretty understanding about it.

Hi I have done my surgical residency in Pakistan. Now i have moved to Texas US. I wanna continue my career in the field of surgery but i dont have the license yet. So i saw your videos about surgical assistance. Then i searched about CSA or CSFA. I am eligible for the certification but i dont have the letter of recommendation and training experience of US hospitals. I was wandering can you guide me how to get into a surgical assistance training program in a hospital?
