I have DACA and i have full physical custody of my 2 year old daughter but joint legal. If i apply for AP will i be able to take my daughter with me? If for some reason i cant, will that help me being able to come back? Or what will happen to my daughter if im not allowed back in? I only plan on staying for 5 days.

Hi, I just received my I-131 approval it did give me a time traveling time frame from 8/20/24 to 9/30/24, but I'm confused because it said, Parole period is valid until: ONE DAY. Does that mean I could only travel only one day? Not 2 weeks or so?
