I mean she fought through hell and back alongside Trevor and Alucard against dozens of vastly physically superior Vampire, I doubt carrying a man on verge of death is a hard task for her.
I agree that it's fan service and yet I can't dislike it. Sometimes a deus ex machina is just fun. Trevor didn't need to survive, but I audibly shouted "YES!" when I saw him alive.
@5508Vanderdekken tbf, trevor surviving was basically foreshadowed when they did the quick snippet of Saint Germain touching the key to open the corridor during the fight against death.
To be fair, it is less fanservice and more literally required in order to preserve continuity as, unless Sypha was already pregnant, Simon and Richter and all the other Belmonts in the games would never have existed.
Imagine somewhere down the Belmont line, Alucard shows up at the birth of a new Belmont and suggests naming the kid Trefor. Trevor would be rolling in his grave! Then resurrect himself just to beat up Alucard 😂😂
I finished Castlevania recently and when I watched Trevoe fight Death and sacrifice himself, I was worried that he was gone for good but when he returned on the horse- I sobbed heavily
Equivalent Exchange. You have to give the best of yourself to someone who is worthy of your self. And they should do the same thing as well. It doesn’t happen a lot, but it is what it is…..
He's not dead trust me canonical in games he had died(in a physical corporeal sense) like 10 something times by the time of Aria of sorrow which is like in the 2030's technically more but some of the games are not canonical to the main story. Death exists as long as their is life and for what ever reason he has a hard on for trying to bring Dracula back. His first defeat was at the hands of Leon I belive.
@@teuflhunden netflix's death is different though. first of all, he isn't an incarnation of death(or death itself given form). he's some sort of a cosmic entity who takes the name "death" because he feeds on life energies when people died. the games' "death" can be reborn as long as there's evil intent in human hearts in the world, that's why he likes dracula and keep on trying to revive him. netflix's death, on the other hand, wants to revive dracula because he can give "death" a large amout of death in the world and that can satisfy his hunger for a long time.
I guess Trevor's survival was a reference to the Curse of Darkness game where Trevor survived Isaac stabbing him in his chest with Isaac's sister help healing him off screen.
*Trevor:* Hello love *Sypha:* What?! *Me:* (losing my temper) Why you, mother...! You, you bastard! We thought you were dead! *Sypha:* Can someone please come over here and kill this man *Me:* I'd be happy to. Get over here, Belmont! (Grabbing Trevor's shirt collar and hugs him) I'm so happy you're not dead, just don't do that again
Ikr? Lol I was pissed that they killed him off and we saw Sypha being sad and finding out she’s pregnant??? But then this god damn lovable idiot just comes back on a horse!
I'm still pissed Sypha was going to leave Adrian alone AGAIN!! When she told him, she didn't even know the people were going to stay!!! Absolute trash friends.
@@diegorodriguez8006 And?? Like Adrian wouldn't have been sad?? Like he was when they BOTH left him alone in his father's castle that they killed him in? Damn, where's the sympathy for him??
@@playfulpanthress Adrian who lost his best friend but had his other friend a woman he is letting in and a community that looks up to him. Sypha lost the man she loved and needed her family. There’s a difference.
@@diegorodriguez8006 She didn't know any of those people were going to stay until she told Adrian she was moving on. And she and Balmont ditched the idea of telling her family anything two seconds after leaving Adrian which was the point of them leaving in the first place!! Adrian is the only one who could understand her loss. He'd experienced depression having had to kill his own father after which his so called friends left him utterly alone and vulnerable to the terror twins. Who were his first sexual encounter and they nearly murdered him. So Adrian fell into a deeper depression with added bitterness. But sure, her family is WAY more understanding. 🙄
@@playfulpanthresswe all deal with grief differently It looks like she was going back to a time when her life last made sense without Trevor in it Which was with her family There's a likelihood that the simple act of being a traveler would have reminded her too much of traveling with Trevor and she would have settled somewhere to raise the kid But that's just me speculating on a possibility that didn't happen
