Well, the V8 vegetable juice was a "swing & a miss" but they liked the V8 Splash. Chaudhary went from happy to hear it was from me to his classic expression of "YUCK!" after he tasted it. That's why we all love Chaudhary! Rana would definitely enjoy the spicy V8 and there are countless recipes out there to make great drinks with them. I enjoy them as a "Bloody Mary". My next package will be some of my favorite snacks. Cheers from America!

I've been drinking the vegetable V8 juice since the 1960's in Australia. I have some in the fridge now and love it with a squeeze of lemon

They really do have an expectation that everything in America is superior. Now and again something will happen to remind me how different and simple their lives are, for example the chap who couldnt open the juice can. It would be nice to see them take pride in their own culture too. I do like the new chap Rana, he has a natural charisma that helps you accept him as part of the gang.

It is seasoned pureed vegetables, so that's what it tastes like. I use it in cooking as a soup base but much prefer the spicy kind to drink! I'd love to hear what kind of similar recipes you use for fresh fruit and vegetables!

American here: V8 is *definitely* an acquired taste. I used to hate it when I was a kid, but now that I'm an adult, I drink it often and enjoy it. It's a good thing to drink with a grilled cheese sandwich, if you don't have any tomato soup!

I love V8 juices especially veggie ones so I’m glad they enjoyed! Sadly it seems to have high fructose corn syrup, which is really bad and high up on the list too so there’s a lot, and sucralose sweetener which is unhealthy too, but once won’t hurt enough so I’m glad they enjoyed!(:

I gave V-8 to my kids in their bottles🍼 I loved the looks of people who thought I was giving my children tomato juice! Either you like it or you don't. Taste is subjective. Now I'm going out to buy some. Watching them drink it makes me crave it.

We like spicy things too, so if we wanted to drink a V-8 juice, we wouldn't drink it right out of the can or bottle. We'd add spices and hot sauce to kick up the flavor. Try it that way! Please tell me that you didn't serve the juices warm or at room temperature! Especially the V8 Vegetable Juice?? It really needs to be well chilled to enjoy it but I understand that it's something new to you, so it's all good. If I remember correctly, Michael sent several cans of each juice, so they could do a re-try with some that's been well chilled. 😊 We also make a cocktail with the vegetable juice, called a "Bloody Mary". I know it's a rather strange name and it's origin isn't settled. Some say that it was named after Queen Mary (Tudor) of England and others claim that it was named after a tavern server named Mary, who worked at a tavern/bar called "The Bucket Of Blood" in Chicago, Illinois. It's a very popular cocktail at brunch - a combination of {Br}eakfast and L{unch} - which is served on the weekends at many, many restaurants around the US. You can make a "mocktail" by eliminating the liquor (Vodka is generally the preferred alcohol). It's very refreshing and people add many of their own ingredients to it, to match their own tastes. First, you need a large bottle with a tight fitting lid, or you can use a "cocktail shaker" (they can be purchased on Amazon) and fill it 1/2 to 2/3 full, with ice cubes. Pour 12-14 ounces of V8 juice over the ice to roughly 2/3 of the way up the bottle/shaker. Now it's time to add the flavor!! These are our favorite additions: 1 heaping teaspoon of freshly grated horseradish, 1/4 teaspoon each, of celery salt and finely ground black peppercorns, 1/2 teaspoon of Worcestershire Sauce, a dash or two of Tobasco/Hot Sauce (or to taste) and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. (This is where you would add 1-2 ounces of a good vodka, if desired.) Place the lid tightly on the bottle (or use the cocktail shaker method) and shake the drink well, for about 1 minute. Remove the lid and strain the drink over a large, ice filled glass/tumbler. For garnish (and to snack on while enjoying the drink) we like 1 long stalk of celery, 1-2 long carrot sticks and 2 large pimento stuffed green olives. We usually place a wedge of lemon on the rim of the glass/tumbler as well. If you want your drink to be extra fancy, you can rub the rim of the glass/tumbler with a wedge of lemon to moisten it and then turn the glass upside down and twist the rim in a shallow plate of coarse salt, until you have a thin ring of the salt all around the rim. This must be done BEFORE adding the ice cubes and pouring the drink in the glass/tumbler. 😉 I think the gents would really enjoy the V8 Vegetable Juice, if it was prepared as a mocktail (or a "Virgin Mary") As I mentioned, it's a very refreshing drink and very good for you! V8 can be an acquired taste and I hope that it was cold. Personally if I'm going to drink it straight I like the spicy version really really cold. You guys should do a video on different American juices like cranberry juice and cherry juice and so forth. That would be a lot of fun and wholesome.

Hahaha, Mr. Chaudhary has such class. From his face, he clearly hates the juice. Just like how I looked when I first tried V8 at 7 years old (now I like it). Even so, he puts on a smile and tries to say something positive about the drink, and express gratitude for the man who sent it. What an amazing man, and such a sense of humor!

Born and raised in the US and I've never had a V8 Splash, as for V8 vegetable juice I sort of like it, but in small doses, I count it as a serving of vegetables you can guzzle quickly.

What an excellent idea to send the team V8 juice, the vegetable one does take a little getting used to , I've not seen the Splash one in the UK . Brilliant idea giving Tahir the watermelon one, if I remember correctly he does like watermelon and used to have them as a boy.

I am not a fan of the original V8, but my husband loves it. He especially loves the spicy version. Personally, I love V8 Fusion, which is a blend of vegatable and fruit juices. Blueberry and Pomegranate is my favorite. So healthy and so delicious.

I used to make the V8 splash in a factory. It's mostly carrot concentrate, corn syrup, and a couple gallons of flavoring.

V8 is good when Tabasco hot and Worcestershire sauces are added, with a bit of salt. Perhaps something to try in a future video?

Most people I’ve seen prefer their V8 with a little “vitamin V” and Tabasco on a foggy Sunday morning.

Now Americans need to try Limca, Rooh-afza and Frooti (my kids favorite).

You Should tell them that we too like to add spices to the vegtable v8. A very popular drink here is to add tabasco sauce (peppers) worcestershire sauce, and vodka (liquor) to the V8 juice this is served as a "bloody mary" drink.

Att: V8 company, tomato is not a vegetable. Its a fruit.

It's available in Canada also, but I rarely buy it as there are better options available IMO...like the Mott brand, 'my go' to when I buy vegetable juice.
