Tribal People Try Spinach Omelette 

Am i the only one who feels so humble to see others enjoy the food we take for granted everyday?

I love how the guys are like "what's spinach" and then hit out with "oh yeah, that stuff that Popeye eats". Glad we've grown up with the same cartoons!

It's good to see you guys back on. What could be more harmless than men & women enjoying flavors of the world.

Please let Sister Ruquiya know that here in the West, we put all types of yummy ingredients in our omelettes! One of my favorite fillings is a combination of fried potatoes, bell peppers, onions, and one or more breakfast meats (bacon, ham or sausage - your chef could use the non-pork versions of those meats) and of course cheese. My go-to is cheddar cheese. This combination of fillings is generally called a "farmer's omelette" in American restaurants. You'll see omelettes served here for breakfast, lunch and dinner because they're easy to prepare, pretty inexpensive and a great way to use up some of your leftovers or small amounts of veggies and meats that you've got hanging around in the fridge and pantry. They can be served with toast, biscuits, rolls and/or a green (tossed) salad on the side or just served on their own to provide an easy meal on a budget... depending on the cost and availability of the ingredients. I bet Ruquiya's family would enjoy them as a quick meal on extra busy days, when she might not have time to put a big dinner together! And just like the paratha she mentioned, she could use curry from the night before. Its always fun to hear all of Dr. Tahir's health tips about eggs and spinach. 😂 He's right more often than not! Ms. We use different ingredients for different omelets, for example, a cheese omelet or a tex -mex omelet has tomato, onion, peppers cheese, and side of salsa. Really, if you can imagine it, you can probably put it in your omelet. My favorite is mushroom cheese bacon and peppers. I hope you will create an omelet with your favorite ingredients ❤

That’s how you make a comeback. In America we have a saying when you get knocked down or have a failure of some type: ‘When you fall off the horse, get up, brush yourself off, and get back on the horse again’. Excellent video. When you brown the omelette like that, it is called a Country Omlette. This Spinach Omlette was a big Home Run with everyone. Try making them a Greek Omlette sometime: Eggs, Basil, Tomatoes, Kalamata Olives, Feta Cheese and Sundried Tomatoes. Very tasty!

Spanish omelette (AKA Tortilla Espanola) actually has potatoes in it, tomatoes are probably too watery to be in an omelette.

To answer your question (sorry, I don't know your name) spinach omelets usually ARE made with onions, peppers and white cheese (like swiss) and sometimes tomatoes and mushrooms too.

usually most people in the usa eat omelettes with toasted bread or in pakistan you guys would use roti..so yes roti is perfect with omelettes..
