Yep I'm a very prime example. I can't even stand on two feet. I wobble around and it's affecting my gait severely. My physiotherapist told me stretching is a waste of time. I've got to concentrate on pelvic tilts, bridges, deadbugs
First of all, ı would like to thank you for your informative video. My question is: if a person has done a little too many sit-ups and ended up having too tight & shortened rectus abdominus, would that inhibit the core muscles from firing, which I feel is the case with me. I would be glad if you could care to write a couple of sentences in an answer. Thank you in advance.
Bro genuinely forget sit ups, they screw with your spine, instead do scissors kicks, hanging leg raises/tucks, and planks. They’ll be good for your spine, abs, and body stabilization.
thanks mate ... do you think that kayaking would be good for core muscle strength ? And your bones/skeleton ? I would really appreciate a response ... cheers.
