Great trip report! It’s very motivating to get onboard an aircraft again and the safety measures seem decent. Have flown many times on Lufthansa so I’m not surprised they have everything well under control. Liked!
great trip report! i recently flew Lufthansa transatlantic flights and short ones in Europe and the flights were very pleasant under the circumstances...this is my favorite airline!
Thanks a lot, Aneta! It was on my plans for this summer to go long-haul with Lufthansa on this summer... but then COVID appeared and messed-up all my plans. Let's see on next summer! :)
Loved the landing Lucas and what a great view of the Frankfurt city skyline. Amazing to see the flight was a 100% load factor ;-) it isn't amazing though that Lufthansa still do not offer a bottle of water on the flight ;-( Also I found it interesting that the departure board at Warsaw had the weather for every departure on that day. I just love all these geeky little things, makes an airport even more interesting for me. Thanks for another brilliant trip report.
Thanks a lot, Brum! :) I agree with you. Those little details, altogether make a better trip experience. Tomorrow we'll have a Trip Report with Aegean flying from Athens! :) Enjoy the weekend!
Nice video! Love your Lufthansa videos. My next flight is going to be a Lufthansa flight from Munich to London. Publishing the flight review a few weeks later
Thanks a lot, Leander! Glad that you've enjoyed the video! Wish you a nice flight!! I flew last week with Lufthansa to Heathrow as well! But from Frankfurt in my case :)
Excellent trip report ! Last year I flew with D-AILL from Berlin to Frankfurt. Also with a cockpit visit at the end of course ;) Nice to see you fly the D-AILL. Keep safe
Thanks a lot, JF!! Glad that you've enjoyed it! :) Wow! That's so cool! Hope this video brought you some nice memories from your flight! Have a nice weekend! :)
Hehe, my route! The Aircraft you used (D-AILL) is named after "Marburg" which is a city from the region where I live in the north of frankfurt. I mean I told you 100 times already, but yeah.. I like the coincidence! Nice video as always! The cabin crew (at least the one speaking!) I have met before on that route aswell.. so yeah! This video hits home!
Cool! Nice to see that this video brought you so many nice memories! :)) Thanks for the info! Tomorrow we'll have an Aegean trip report from Athens! :)
Thanks a lot, mate! This flight was recorded just after the borders in the Schengen area were opened in early July. Right now, they are giving water in every flight hehe
@@stevenmc4446 Aham! So Dublin Manchester? Well, it will be nice! I did that flight but from MAN to DUB around 1 year ago. :) Here you have it: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-tgXTxIPt1Ps.html
Estoy mirando todas tus vidéos !! Me encanta !!
Saludos! Mañana toca Aegean! :D
Obviously you flew this route before August - I did the Frankfurt-Riga on Aug.6 with the same A319 and they did provide a (small) bottle of water. On my flight Athens-Frankfurt there was even a snack included. (Lufthansa is providing a snack only if your flight is over 2 hours these days) Many people including myself had all kinds of snacks with them and of course we were constantly removing our masks. Both flights were excellent I must say and almost 100% full.
Yes, that absolutely true. I've flown Lufthansa in August and they started to give the bottle of water. At least something... however, in my opinion, they are still behind many "flag carriers" that are giving almost the normal service. However, I think a bottle of water is enough with the current COVID situation for a short flight. Thanks for sharing your experience. Hope you've enjoyed the video :)
Saludos!
Still wondering when and where I'll be flying to. Maybe it will be in a couple of months, or when they will start to remove restrictions for travellers from Malta
I hope by the end of September almost all travel bans will be lifted, as those travels wouldn't be for holidays, but for work, and we need the economy to start recovering.
Those quarantines are not good of course. However, I am still very fond of travelling by planes. Lufthansa is a very trustful and responsible company, as we always know. Only the thing I could found a little bit strange, there was no board catering, which was always tasty. But... I hope it will be changed soon, and we can return to the normal life.
that whining sound heard is the power transfer unit - it's a device that transfers hydraulic power from one of an aircraft's hydraulic systems to another in the event that second system has failed or been turned off. Airbus A320 family of aircraft have distinct power transfer unit sound
:) Saludos y buen finde!
There are no requisites of any social distance inside planes. A good face mask is compulsory. That's how you fly safely, together with the air condition systems, that gives a 99'99% effectiveness in destroying any kind of virus, bacteria...
*Flightattendant announces that you have to keep seaten with your seatbelt fasten until they would reach the gate* People in the back unfasten their seatbelts already.🤦♂️😂✌
This flight was recorded in early-July. I must say that since those days, passengers have improved their behaviour when arriving at the gate. In almost every flight passengers remain seated. :)
In Spain, the Oxford vaccine is being announced for late-November or December. Hopefully, the general vaccination and start to go back to our normal lives will be our Christmas present for 2020. Stay safe and see you tomorrow with an Aegean Trip Report! :)
