You're the only person I've seen with information about the stock v clamp attachment on the headers! (The round thing you pulled off) never had a clue how I'd get that off! Great video, very informative! Thank you!
Just looking at reviews on the street triple and came across your videos. Only gone and bought your actual bike this week! Pick her up on Saturday, can’t wait!!! P.s. thanks for taking good care of her 😀👍🏼
Oliver Simmons haha that’s made my day. Give me a shout after Saturday and you can have the original exhaust and tail tidy, as long as you promise to look after her.
Very nice!!! I have the same bike, 2015 model, wanna put the same exhaust on. Did you have to remap the ecu? What was the millage on the bike when you installed it? Thanks!!
Hahaha I had the same reaction when I fitted my GPR pipe on my 2013 Street. You'll be riding everywhere in too low a gear just to hear the bike, love it. I had the ECU flashed for £30 at Triumph and it does make a difference. Ride safe fella.
Dan675T Which GPR did you get. I was looking at the Furore Nero for my Striple R. But I am charmed by the HP Corse EvoXtreme too. Only that's much more expensive.
Hey mate! Would I be correct in saying that the bolt you put in to support the end can is meant to blank the leftover hole? I've just bought one second hand and the can is supported with the stock bolt, I was wondering what was meant to fill the hole and that looks like the perfect size!
@@fergiewoo8190 that's great. Mine, I bought used bike & Triumph told they'll charge if they have to remap. I'm from Malaysia. Tnx for the info. Good day
Hi I know your vid is a few years old but a quick question. Did you have any alignment issues with the bolt holding the can on? The support hole is a little out, not flush. No mater how much a wiggle the sodding thing. Any ideas? Regards Andy.
Hi Andy, sorry to hear that you're having an issue. The can should line up perfectly. Are you sure that you are try to line it up on the correct side of the hanger? You should also have a few millimetres of play to get things perfect. Do you have any pics you can send over?
@@fergiewoo8190 Hi many thanks for getting back to me. Yes it's on the correct side. Just had it off again and it's a little better. Still not 100% flush with the hanger but better than it was. The round gasket was a pig to get off. Nothing like yours. Had to use a screw driver and a hammer. The thing had fused it's self on. Also had to use a small file and some emery cloth to get the baked on gunk off! I've used Fuel end cans on some of my bikes and not had a problem. Anyway Top video and yep it does sound the dogs dangles ! Ride safe and thanks. 👍
Hi Huan, Apologies, I'm afraid not and I no longer have this bike. Maybe a quick email to SC Projects would help. I'm pretty sure they would be happy to tell you. Good luck
I am trying to get one of these SC project exhausts for my street triple. I stay in the US and these parts seemed to be backordered on the SC project website. Any recommendations on where else I can look? Thanks!
DaMaX74 Took the bike in for a service soon after and had a chat with the senior technician. He said there was no need for a remap, but flashing it with an arrow map would be ok too. Left mapping as standard. Runs great 😜
Fergie Woo thanks for the reply..tell me this, is it money well spent? I've the exact same bike as you. Just got her, absolutely love the this exhaust though. Great video btw!
