I love you Jarvis and it actually isn't that outlandish for you to think that the video at 13:27 is Ukranian based on the fact that the owner of the channel, Eugene, is presumably from Ukraine, but most Ukranians are bilingual and speak both Ukranian and Russian. Because much of the popular content from that region comes from Russia and Eastern Slavic Languages (Belarusian, Ukrainian, and Russian) are very similar to Russian (both countries were a part of the USSR up until 1991 if you didn't know), both Belarus and Ukraine have a very high population of people that learned Russian growing up to the point where many are bilingual. In fact, in Belarus, 70% of the population speaks Russian while only 28% speak Belarusian (the other 2% is other languages). Anyways, sorry just thought this was kind of interesting. All of this to say, the language in that video is Russian. You can check this yourself by looking at Roma's RU-vid channel and checking his about page where it's listed that he's from Russia, or going back to any of his videos and copy and pasting the Russian into google translate, which will show that it is indeed Russian. Keep in mind, don't do this with a single word as RU-vid may default it to another language. For example, Google detected Bulgarian with a Russian word once because, no surprises here, these languages have some similar or exactly the same words in both languages. I don't blame you for not knowing as Russian and Ukranian also look very similar for people who don't write the language and they both use a Cyrillic alphabet, but the video is Russian. I still love you and you'll probably never read this but I hope you learned something from this comment if you do.
