Bought two KV-1 versions for the price of 1 Tamiya... There's no contest really.

So far building the Trump KV I am finding flash on everything. A bit of a gap where the decking attaches to the hull sides. But still, you're right, at half price of Tamiya, a little putty and sanding is worth the money saved. All the best!
