Nice sleek tights. They are so flattering. The TRX workout is challenging. I would like to see some chair step ups for a more intense workout!

Is it okay if I bring a bag of potato chips so you can take them away and trample them under your sneakers? I used to have a female personal trainer who did not spare junk food when it was brought to class as a snack.
