This was helpful! I recently got TRX. The main reason I got it was to do some supplemental exercises for Mountain Biking. I'd like to practice doing Pistol Squats as well as unilateral core exercises. Although I'm aware nothing substitutes more riding, I'd like to gear my TRX training toward exercises that can help me with the long climbs. For a few years now, I've noticed the Bulgarian Split squats ( with Dumbbells and only bodyweight) has helped give me a little more power and muscular endurance on climbs. I also do unilateral hip thrusts for the posterior chain which also seems to help. Is there a routine you can suggest for Climbing? Thanks!
@NDemanuele1 Hi! still into TRX Training and riding? And how's your Climbing going? I'm sure you're very dedicated in your training and moving forward to the wanted results. I myself climbed Kilimanjaro last year and it was no doubt because of my TRX training that I made it to to top very easily! It would be nice to meet you in one of my live sessions on my brand new App! I have sessions for every level but for you I would suggest TRX Advanced Level classes, Strength as well as Cardio sessions.
