I know, my mum is like this! She's had 4 kids and just turn 60 the other day and can fit into the first wedding dress she ever bought that she didn't end up wearing for some reason. When people ask how old she is they're always shocked because she looks younger.
You can tell whose dress it was, Mia was so scared to move in it and her mother was moving around like her wedding was yesterday. Thanks for the laughs!
I can't wait for that to happen. I look older right now, just like my dad did when he was young he's 72 now and everyone thinks he still in his 50s. No gray hair and no wrinkles. I, hopefully, will look like that.
That dress is actually gorgeous For the 80s, i would have wore something like that I never really loved the puffy 80 dresses but I think whoever made this dress is brilliant and it’s timeless lol
i actually wore my moms 80s dress for my wedding dress! had modern makeup and hair, a new veil, and i took in the puff sleeves. but we were both 25, and it fit me pretty perfectly

Getting married as a teenager seems to be a trend in my family. Both grandmothers got married at 18. My momma got married at 18. I followed suit and got married at 18. My nana and papa were married for 48 years before my papa passed away. My Mamaw and Papaw have been married for over 60. My momma has been married to my daddy for 22 years. I’ve only been married for a year, but if my relationship keeps progressing like I think it will, we’ve got a long and happy life ahead of us.

Just a tip about scrapbooks. A lot of the old ones will ruin the pictures over time bc they aren't acid free. My mom is a scrapbooker so I know all this crazy info! Lol So I would probably have your mom switch the pictures out to acid free pages. She can keep the same book.

Me tooo! I didn’t have that hair for my wedding, but every year in the HighSchool yr book my bangs got higher and higher...until they were eventually out of frame. 😂 🥰
My parents married when my mom was 19 and my dad was 20 and 37 yrs later they are still married and in love. Such a testament to their commitment to each other.

My mom met my dad when she was 16 and married him when she was 19, he was around 25. They've been married for 22 years and are still happy and in love!

Mama Maples did say her name on a video though, ugh! I can't remember it! I think it was in the "Transforming my mom into me". She says "My name is____and I was a premature baby". Marah? So cute!
Omg, I just realized that, too! I guess my subconscious decided her real name was mama. Then again, I forget my own name since my kids are "mama, mama, mama" all the time. 😆
