Dynamic Warm-up
1. Leg press 4 set x 6-9 reps, 10-12 reps, 10-12 reps, 10-12 reps
2. Smith Machine Front Squat 3 set x 6-9 reps, 10-12 reps, 10-12 reps
3. Dumbbell Sumo squats 4 set x 6-9 reps, 10-12 reps, 10-12 reps, 10-12 reps
4. One-leg leg press 3 set x 6-9 reps, 10-12 reps, 10-12 reps per leg
5. Dumbbell Bulgarian split squat 3 set x 6-9 reps, 10-12 reps, 10-12 reps per leg
